摘要
高职教育已进入从规模建设转向内涵建设的历史时期。高职教育质量上存在的问题成了制约其进一步发展的"瓶颈",其中,高职院校育人与企业用人之间结构性错位所导致的学生就业难就是最突出的问题之一。本文从企业对高职学生特质需求入手,通过问卷调查,梳理出企业对高职学生特质需求的四大特征,并就高职学生特质培养提出"建立企业、学校、学生三方联动机制,构建以职业素质为核心的高职学生特质培养体系"等建议。
Higher vocational education has entered a new period in which quality is the most important task instead of size development. Quality has become the bottleneck in the further development of higher vocational education, the employment problem being the most serious because the training in colleges and need in enterprises do not match. This paper discusses enterprises' requirements for qualified college students and then discusses the four exclusive qualities and skills that are required by enterprises for college students based on a questionnaire survey. Finally, it makes a suggestion that a training system that aims at the cultivation of students' exclusive qualities and skills should be developed with the joint efforts from enterprises, colleges and students.
