四川喜德县文化资源产业转化现状及其对策

On the Cultural Resources Transformation of Xide County, Sichuan

喜德县是彝族母语之乡、克智之乡、漆器之乡。为了更好地发展喜德县城经济,县委、县政府确立了文化为核、旅游亮县的发展战略,开展了富有成效的工作。但是受制于资金少、资源分散、开发同质化等因素,喜德县优势文化资源利用不充分,转化程度低,因此必须大力整合相关资源,发展文化式旅游,促进喜德县经济发展。

Xide County is the hometown of Yi language, Ke-zhi （folk literature） and lacquer of Yi nationality. In order to make Xide economy better, the county Party Committee and the local government have set up the strategy of building the county with a culture development as core and tourism as high point and have done successful work. However, owing to the problems of shortage of capital, scattered resources and development homogenization, the culture resources of the county are not sufficiently made used of and they are not used at a higher level. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate resources and develop cultural-based tourism to promote economy in the county.
