摘要
采用旋转挂片法对聚天冬氨酸、木质素磺酸钠及其复配物对碳钢的缓蚀性能进行研究。结果表明单独使用PASP,在用量为200mg/L时缓蚀率达94.56%。单独使用SLS缓蚀性能不理想,在用量为300mg/L时缓蚀率仅为30.13%。将一定量的SLS与PASP进行复配后,缓蚀率得到了明显提高。加入200mg/L的SLS,PASP用量仅为40mg/L时缓蚀率达到92.42%。结论是复配后减少了PASP用量,降低了成本。
A high efficiency biodegradable green corrosion inhibitor using polyaspartic acid, sodium lignoslfonate or their mixture on carbon steel was developed in this paper, by the weight loss method. Results showed that the rate of corrosion inhibition was up to 94.56% when the concentration of PASP was 200 mg/L, while the corrosion inhibition properties of SLS was poor with the rate of corrosion inhibition of only 30% when the concentration of SLS was 300 mg/L. When the SLS was add to the PASP system, the rate of corrosion inhibition was obviously improved. The rate of corrosion inhibition was up to 92.42% when 200 mg/L SLS was added to the water and the concentration of PASP was 40mg/L. So, it saved the amount of PASP and reduced the cost.
