摘要 通过对广式凉果地方标准项目研制的市场前景分析,了解目前广式凉果的工艺、配方及产品特色,研究广式凉果现行国家标准及行业标准的执行情况,提出项目研制的技术方案,确定了广式凉果地方标准的技术指标,总结了项目的关键技术及创新点,同时结合广式凉果地方标准执行中存在的问题作探讨,提出了一定的改进意见,以期提高广式凉果生产企业的市场竞争力,保护消费者利益,维护市场经济秩序。 In this paper, the market prospect of local standard development for preserved fruit of Guangdong was analyzed, and the processing technologies, formula and product characteristics and current national standards and industry-standard of preserved fruit of Guangdong were introduced. The scheme of the development project was proposed, and the technological indexes of the local standard for preserved fruit of Guangdong province were determined. The key technology and innovation points were discussed. Besides, the problems in the implementation of local standard for Preserved Fruit of Guangdong were discussed and some improvements were suggested, to provide reference for improvement of product quality, protecting the interests of consumers, and maintaining the market economic order.
