摘要 本文在实验室条件下,模拟工业堆肥环境,研究了不同过渡金属的化合物对高淀粉含量淀粉树脂薄膜的热氧化降解性能。结果表明,铁、铜、锰和钴的有机金属化合物均具有促进热氧化降解的作用,尤以锰和钴化合物的作用最为强烈。对高淀粉含量的淀粉树脂,过渡金属化合物的浓度对降解速度的影响不如对低淀粉含量的淀粉树脂明显,在一定的浓度范围内,随着浓度增加,热氧化降解速度变化不大,而且存在着一个诱导期。 In the laboratory conditions and simulating the industrial composting, the effects of various transition metal compounds on the thermodegradation of starch resin film with high starch content were studied. The results demonstrated that the metalorganic compounds of Fe, Cu, Mn and Co enhanced the thermodegradation of starch resin. Among them, Mn and Co compounds were obvious. The concentration of metal compounds in starch resin had totally different influence on the thermodegradation of high starch-containing resin, and an induced period could be expected. As the results, the degradation was expected to be controllable as required.
