乡村旅游对农民增收、就业实证研究

An Empirical Study of Rural Tourism to the Increase of Farmers’ Income and Employment

对乡村旅游促进农村经济和就业,学术界缺乏定量研究,致使人们无法准确认识乡村旅游的作用与价值。文章利用浙江省三个不同类型乡村旅游点的社会调查资料,运用回归分析法,探讨乡村旅游对农民收入增加、农村就业的比例以及乡村旅游收入与从业人数之间的关系。结果表明:在乡村旅游发展时期,可以促进农民增收12.17%,提高农村就业率13.26%,对新农村建设和城乡一体化发展有重要的现实意义。

Rural tourism can promote local＇s economy and employment. However, the relative research lacks quantitative study in academia, resulting in people can＇t accurately recognize the role and value of rural tourism. Based on the survey of three different types of rural tourism spots in Zhejiang province, this paper attempts to utilize regression analysis to prove the proportion of rural tourism to income increase, employment and the relationship between them. The result proves that： with the development of rural tourism, farmers＇ income has increased by 12.17% and the employment rate by 13.26%, which have practical significance in the construction of new rural area and the development of urban-rural integration.
