我国民营企业融资存在的问题及其对策

Financing Problems of Domestic Private Enterprises and the Solutions

随着中国经济的高速发展,民营企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,民营企业在迅速发展的同时,由于自身缺陷和外部环境多种因素也遇到许多问题,其中特别突出的问题是融资困难。文章分析了我国民营企业融资现状和存在的问题,就解决其融资难的问题提出相关对策:完善民营企业自身的管理和结构;建立多层次的资本市场,拓宽直接融资渠道;国有商业银行对民营企业增加服务项目和降低门槛,拓宽间接融资渠道;增建多种形式的中小企业金融机构。

With China＇s rapid economic development, China＇s private-owned enterprises have become an important component of the national economy. However, in the meantime of the rapid development of private-owned enterprises, due to the shortcomings of itself and external environment and variety of factors, it has encountered many problems; the prominent problem is financing difficulties. A few suggestions on solving the financing problem of China＇s private-owned enterprises were made in this paper： First, establish and perfect the corporate governance structure; Secondly, establish and improve a multi-level capital market, the private-owned enterprises can expand the direct financing channels; In addition, it would be able to broaden indirect financing channels.
