To improve the corporate governance structure is one of the most important contents for the reform of rural credit cooperatives. This paper analyzes the organization structure of Credit Agricole, explores its corporate governance structure and the evolution of principal-agent relationship in this bank. All of these are to inspire the reform of rural credit cooperatives in China.
