摘要
目前临床应用的抗真菌药物都在不同程度出现耐药情况,其中以唑类最为严重。认识到抗真菌药物耐药情况日益严重的现状,应从合理用药、改善药物剂型、研发新药及调节免疫等方面控制抗真菌药物耐药。
The antifungal drug resistance have emerged with different levels in present clinical work, especially for the family of Fluconazole. It should be paid attention to reasonable using of drugs Modification of the drug property, promotion of new molecule investigation and modulation of immune system should be practiced, in order to confront to the actual situation of Antifungal drug resistance.
