本文主要介绍了新钢公司三期技改炼焦工程中西门子PCS7在155T干熄焦系统中的应用。概述了有关工艺流程、系统功能、硬件配置,重点介绍了干熄焦的装焦系统、锅炉系统、排焦系统等。
This paper mainly introduces the application of Siemens PCS7 in 155T CDQ（Dry Coke Quenching） in the third technical coking project of steel company. We give an overview of the process, system function, hardware configuration, and focus on the introduction of CDQ coke loaded systems, boiler systems, automatic out of coke systems, such as coke.
