摘要
在含聚氨酯(PU)涂布层的湿法合成革制造过程中,PU涂布液中加入一定量的蒸馏水,改变了涂布层PU的凝固成型状态,使尖状微细孔结构比例增大,增加了革的透湿性。这种涂布层表面压花整饰时,表面平整度有所提高。
in wet--process PU synthetic leather production, water is added to PU coating agent. The coagulating aspect is varified. The increase of tip cell makes an im.provement on moisture permeability. After finishing the smoothness of PU synthetic leather is improved.
