区域创新系统内以企业为中心的知识转移分析

Analysis of knowledge transfer of corporations-centered Regional Innovation Systems

企业是区域创新系统最重要的主体,在很大程度上影响系统主体间知识转移的效率。组成区域创新系统的企业、高校、研发机构和中介组织等主体之间直接或间接地进行合作、产生联系,从而在区域内部结成了以各个主体为结点的关系网络。关系网络各结点之间的关系链条是主体之间物资关系或非正式的交流。将区域创新系统主体间的关系链条主要概括为四种活动,即合作研发、知识产权转让、人才输出和咨询服务,进而结合SECI模型分析这四种活动如何实现知识在主体间的转移。

Corporations are the most important player of Regional Innovation System, and to a large extent,impact the knowledge transfer between players of RIS. The players consist of Re--gionaI Innovation Systems, such as corporations, university, research institutes and advisory agents, corporate with others directly or indirectly, then form a relational network, in which the players play as its nodes. Within the network, the relational chains between nodes are material relation or informal communication of the players. This article generalizes these chains as four activities, cooperative research and development, transfer of intellectual property rights, output of intellects and consultation, and then analyzes how the four activities carry out the knowledge transfer between the players with SECI model.
