The Difficulties in Training for Sustainable Development Talents in Higher Education Institutions and Relevant Advice

高等教育的可持续发展观要求高等教育培养可持续发展型人才为经济社会的持续发展服务。目前中国高等教育事业发展中的不均衡现象直接影响到人才培养的质量,以此为切入点分析可持续发展型人才培养的困境,希望从高等教育事业的统筹发展和可持续发展教育的开展来促进可持续发展型人才的培养。

Sustainable development outlook of higher education requires higher education to train sustainable development talents who are capable of making contribution to the social sustainable development. Currently, the uneven phenomenon in Chinese higher education makes a difference to the quality of the training for talents directly. In this thesis, the difficult position of the training for the sustainable development talents is analyses. Aiming at promoting the training for the sustainable development talent from the comprehensive development of the higher education and the launching of sustainable development education.
