摘要 以缩短制造周期和提高加工质量一致性水平为目标,提出了Job Shop离散制造环境下的流水式连续生产调度技术。通过对流水式连续生产模式的分析,提出了基于节拍协调、成组制造资源以及动态优先级调整等策略的技术思路;提出了面向连续生产节拍均衡的资源组分配算法、适应前后序加工时间差异的压件生产额度计算方法,以及工件和设备选择优先级的动态调整算法;开发了调度软件系统,并通过实例进行了技术验证,形成了一种新型的离散制造环境下的流水式连续生产模式。 To reduce the manufacturing make--span and improve the production quality consistency level, flow--style scheduling technology under Job Shop discrete manufacturing environment was proposed. By analyzing the flow--style working pattern, the technical mechanism integrated with production step balance, manufacturing resource group construction, dynamic production priority was presented. Manufacturing resource group allocating algorithm was put forward, which can smooth the requirement differences among the procedures. Computational method of the number of work--inprogress between the procedures with different processing time was constructed. The dynamic algorithm of selecting priority of part and machine was built. And a scheduling system was built which was authenticated with realistic case. The new flow--style continuous production pattern under Job Shop discrete manufacturing environment was derived.
