摘要
在水电开发过程中面临的许多关键工程技术问题,单靠企业自身难以解决,而虚拟研究中心可利用其组织结构网络化的特点,实现跨越时空的资源共享与优势互补。因此,可结合水电开发的特点,组建流域水电开发虚拟研究中心。介绍了流域水电开发虚拟研究中心的概念及优势,并在此基础上阐述了流域水电开发虚拟研究中心的结构模式及相应的管理对策。
During hydropower development in China,there exist many technical problems which are hard to solve by the enterprise alone.Construction of the virtual valley hydropower development research center may be a solution to the problem.The concept and advantages of the virtual valley hydropower development research center were presented,and its structure and related management strategies were discussed.
