摘要
采用单因素实验设计法研究了水温、光照和盐度对刚毛藻光合作用的影响.试验结果表明:水温为5℃~40℃时,随着水温的增加,刚毛藻的净产氧速率和毛产氧速率先增加后减少,20℃时,刚毛藻净产氧速率和毛产氧速率达最大.在光照强度为50lx~1.4×104lx的范围内,刚毛藻的净产氧量和毛产氧量与光照呈曲线相关,光照为5.75×103lx时刚毛藻光合作用的产氧量最高,光补偿点为1280lx,光饱和点为5480lx.盐度为2~40的范围内,刚毛藻的净产氧速率、毛产氧速率变化不大,表明刚毛藻对盐度的适应能力较强.
The single-factor design in an experiment was adopted to research the effects of water temperature and illumination as well as salinity on the photosynthesis of Cladophora sp.It showed that the net and gross photosynthetic oxygen production rate of Cladophora sp. were stimulated at the beginning but were later somewhat inhibited with the temperatures in the range of 5℃ -40℃ .The net and gross photosynthetic oxygen production rate of Cladophora sp. were up to the maximum at the 20℃. The net and gross photosynthetic oxygen production rate of Cladophora sp. showed a curve correlation with the illumination intensities in the range of 50- 1.4 ×10^4lx.In addition, the net and gross photosynthetic oxygen production rate of Cladophora sp.wcre up to the maximum at the illumination intensity of 5.75 × 10^3lx.The light compensation point is 1280lx and light saturation point is 5480lx. The net and gross photosynthetic oxygen production rate of Cladophora sp.varied slightly with the salinity in the range of 2 - 40,and it was indicated that Cladophora sp.has the high adaptability to the salinity.
