七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视频终端综合症50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops in the Treatment of VDT Syndrome in 50 Cases

目的:观察评价七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视频终端综合症的临床疗效.方法:应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视频终端综合症的患者50例(100只眼),以视疲劳的l0项自觉症状为观察指标,评估患者用药前后的症状、体征以及屈光情况,同时观察记录使用药物的不良反应.结果:用药一个疗程后,显效41例(82%),有效7例(14%),无效2例(4%),总有效率96%.结论:七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能有效地缓解视频终端综合症患者的症状和体征,是治疗视疲劳一种安全有效的临床用药.

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of visual display terminal （VDT） syndrome. Methods： 100 eyes of 50 cases were given esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops to treat VDT syndrome, the observation indexes were subjective symptoms of asthenopia. Assessment the patients ＇ symptoms, signs, and refractive conditions before and after treatment, and observing adverse reactions of drug. Results： After one period of treatment, 41 cases （82%） had marked effects, 7 cases （14%） had effects and 2 cases （8%） had no effects, the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion： Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops can improve the systomps and signs of VDT, so it is an effective and safe drug for treatment VDT syndrome.
