奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Octreotide in the Treatment of Bleeding Caused by Rupture of Esophageal and Gastric Varices

目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效.方法:收集食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血病例40例,根据是否应用奥曲肽,将病例分为奥曲肽治疗组(治疗组)和非奥曲肽治疗组(对照组),比较观察两组治疗效果.结果:奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血效果明显优于非奥曲肽治疗组,差异有统计学意义.结论:奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效确切.

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of octreotide in the treatment of bleeding caused by rupture of esophageal and gastric varices. Methods： Depending on whether application of octreotide, 40 patients with bleeding caused by rupture of esophageal and gastric varices were divided into octreotide treatment group and the non-octreotide treatment group （control group）, compared the curative effects of the two groups. Results： The curative effect of octreotide treatment group was much better than non-octreotide group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Octreotide has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of bleeding caused by rupture of esophageal and gastric varices.
