摘要
根据对武汉市某政府办公楼的能源审计,模拟了该建筑全年实际用能情况,分析了模拟精度,提出了比较合理的输入参数设置。并进行了公共建筑节能设计标准工况以及节能改造工况的模拟。讨论了在不同输入参数下的室内空气品质、舒适度及能耗,分析了该建筑的节能潜力。结合武汉市政策,尝试给出了该办公楼的用能限值,该值可为制定大型政府办公楼的能耗定额提供参考。
According to the energy audit of a municipal office building in Wuhan, the annual actual energy consumption is simulated and the simulation accuracy is analyzed, proposing the reasonable input parameters settings. The working conditions of the public building energy-saving design standards and energy-saving modification are simulated. The indoor air quality, comfort level and energy consumption are discussed with different parameters settings, analyzing energy-soving potential of the building. The energy consumption quota of the building is tried to supply compounding with the local architectural regulation, providing referenee fov the energy consumption quota of large municipal office buildings.
