摘要
国际图书馆界制定了大量与图书馆权利相关的图书馆政策。图书馆权利政策是开展图书馆权利研究的切入点。研究图书馆权利政策,需要从"知识自由"等几个使用较频繁的相关术语出发,紧紧围绕国际图联/信息自由利用与表达自由委员会、美国图书馆协会/知识自由委员会,以及美国图书馆协会/知识自由办公室等相关机构展开。
Analyzing the policies related is one of keys to carry on the study of library rights, while the frequently used terms, like intellectual freedom, should be paid attention to, and the related organizations, like IFLA/FAIFE, ALA/IFC and ALA/OIF should be focused.
