实习教师的反思:理论研究与来自美国教师教育实习项目的探讨 被引量:9

The Reflection of Student Teachers: A Theoretical Research and a Probe into the Teacher Internship Programs in the USA

摘要 为了培养反思型教师,在职前教师的教育实习阶段,就要培养实习教师的反思能力。目前,对于实习教师反思的内容、质量、过程及其培养策略,不仅在理论研究上有了进一步的发展,而且美国大学的教师教育实习项目也可以在实践层面给我们提供很好的镜鉴。 In order to cultivate reflective teachers, in the period of internship of pre-service teacher education, the reflective abihty of student teachers should be fostered. The content, the quality, the process and the fostering strategy of reflection of student teachers have been investigated not only in theories but also in practice through the teacher internship programs in the USA, which can provide some reference and inspiration for us.
