In order to cultivate reflective teachers, in the period of internship of pre-service teacher education, the reflective abihty of student teachers should be fostered. The content, the quality, the process and the fostering strategy of reflection of student teachers have been investigated not only in theories but also in practice through the teacher internship programs in the USA, which can provide some reference and inspiration for us.
