摘要
以沟叶结缕草、中华结缕草、日本结缕草、细叶结缕草为研究对象,通过青绿期与成坪质量等田间形态观测以及氧化伤害、抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量等抗寒生理指标测定,筛选适合在以南京为代表的亚热带地区建植的结缕草草种。结果表明:沟叶结缕草青绿期最长,达270d;从成坪质量上看,沟叶结缕草和细叶结缕草都适合作为坪用品种;低温胁迫下,4种结缕草叶片中的H2O2和MDA含量增加,抗氧化酶APX、POD和CAT活性比胁迫前呈现不同程度的降低,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量持续增加。其中,沟叶结缕草青绿期长,成坪质量高,叶中的MDA水平最低,3种抗氧化酶活性在第6d最高,表明其耐寒性最强,是最适合在南京地区建植的结缕草。
Four Zoysia species, Zoysia matrella , Zoysia sinica , Zoysia japonica, and Zoysia tenui fo- lia, were studied in order to choose the most adaptive Zoysia species inNanjing. The green period and turf quality were observed, and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as the level of oxidative damage, antioxidant enzymes activity and the content of priline and protein were measured. The results showed that Zoysia matrella had the longest green period, 270 days in Nanjing area. Zoysia matrella and Zoysia tenuifolia were fitter to utilize as turf grass due to their beautiful appearance. It was found that the H2O2 and MDA contents were increased, and APX activities were continually decreased, and POD and CAT activities were firstly decreased and then increased, priline and protein contents were increased in four Zoysia species under chilling stress. Zoysia matrella showed the lowest MDA content, the highest POD and CAT activity on the sixth day under chilling stress, suggesting it had the stronger chilling tolerance and was the most fittest Zoysia species in Nanjing area.
