影响糖尿病病人治疗依从性的相关因素探讨

The related factors of influencing the compliance of diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨影响糖尿病病人治疗依从性的相关因素，便于有的放矢地进行健康教育，降低各种慢性并发症的发生和发展，从而提高病人的生活质量和糖尿病治疗的疗效。方法采用问卷调查法，调查表为自行设计，随机调查符合WHO诊断标准的100例2型糖尿病病人（门诊及住院）。结果年龄大、农民、文化程度和经济收入低、对疾病知识了解少、健康信念错误、未受过健康教育的人治疗依从性较差。结论糖尿病病人的治疗依从性与年龄、职业、文化程度、经济收入、糖尿病知识以及健康信念、健康教育等因素有关；治疗依从性与血糖控制是否良好以及并发症发生率呈正相关，健康教育可提高患者治疗的依从性，进而提高疗效。

Objective To discuss the related factors which influence the compliance of diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Questionnaire investigation method and self designed chart were used to random investigate 100 diabetes mellitus patients （ including clinic and inpatient） according to WHO diagnose standard. Results There was a bad cure compliance among old people, peasant, lower education and lower income, less knowledge of disease, wrong health ideas and no any health education persons. Conclusions There is a relationship between cure compliance and age, occupation, education, knowledge of diabetes mellitus, health ideas and health edu- cation factors. Good or bad cure compliance depends on the control of blood sugar and complication. Health educations can enhance patient care compliances and care effect as well.
