摘要
为科学地确认氮肥生产装置中重大危险源的构成,分析了每种危险源物质的类别、特性和设备操作条件;对危险物质的危害后果进行了定量分析和质量估算;论述了评价区域内重大危险源的辨识方法、危险级别和危害半径;提出了化肥生产装置重大危险源的评价结果和应对建议。
In order to determine scientifically the important danger source composition in the nitrogen fertilizer production plant, author has analyzed the category of each danger source substances, its characteristics and equipment operation condition, the harm consequence on danger substances was ana- lyzed concretely, quantitatively and qualitatively, has discussed the identifying methods, danger class and effective harm radius distance in the areas eval- uated, has presented the evaluation result for the important danger source of chemical fertilizer plant and its suggestion.
