胰腺癌与糖尿病的相关性研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期诊断比较困难,预后不良。目前已经证实胰腺癌的高危因素主要有:年龄>60岁、长期吸烟、高脂饮食、嗜酒、糖尿病等。近年来发现糖尿病与胰腺癌的发生密切相关。目前更多的学者倾向于糖尿病既是胰腺癌的临床表现又是其危险因素,此文对近几年胰腺癌和糖尿病的相关研究进展作一简要综述。
