恶性胆道梗阻非手术治疗进展
摘要
恶性胆道梗阻由胆道恶性肿瘤和外源性压迫所致,临床表现为黄疸、瘙痒及肝功能衰竭等症状,绝大部分为无法手术切除的晚期患者。此病的主要治疗进展为内镜下或经皮经肝穿刺胆汁引流(PTCD)、内支架置入、放射性粒子植入及光动力等介入治疗。
