摘要 通过纤维的吸湿、吸液性能实验,分析了丙烯酸超吸水纤维(SAF)的吸液规律和特点。结果表明:SAF内含有大量的亲水基团;标准状态下纤维的有效吸湿时间为50 min左右,纤维可持续吸湿;超吸水纤维的吸液能力可达180倍,其吸液能力随溶液中Na^+浓度的增大而逐渐降低,随水温的升高而逐渐降低;纤维吸液后有显著的溶胀特征但仍能保持纤维形态。 Absorbent regularity and characteristics of acrylic SAF through experiments of moisture absorption and imbibition properties are analyzed. The results are as follows: there are abundant hydrophilic functional groups within SAF, the fiber can absorb moisture for 50 rain, water absorbent ratio of SAF can reach 180 times, and its absorbent capacity declines with the increase of Na+ concentration or the rise of water temperature, the fiber swells evidently when it absorbs water but its fiber morphology is still maintained.
