摘要
用色氨酸和苏氨酸作诱变剂和选择剂,对8个小麦品种的成熟胚和近成熟胚进行离体培养,从97-7的近成熟胚中筛选出优良变异株(抗性-2)。该变异株的后代比亲本抽穗期提早10d左右,且早于其他早熟品种。
Using tryptophan and threonine as induction and selection agents of medium, the matured or nearly-matured embryos of 8 wheat varieties were cultured in vitro. A good variant plant (Kangxing- 2) was selected from the nearly-matured embryo No97 - 7. The filial generation of the variant eared 10 days earlier than its host plant,which was also earlier than other early-maturing varieties.
