摘要
用0.5%的氯化钙溶液浸种,在NaCl胁迫下,对水稻幼苗叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、根系活力、脯氨酸含量和净光合速率等进行了研究。结果显示,用CaCl2浸种的水稻幼苗在盐胁迫下的叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、根系活力、脯氨酸含量均高于水浸种的,细胞膜透性低于水浸种。0.5%CaCl2浸种可提高水稻的抗盐能力。
The effects of soaking seeds with CaCl2 solution on the chlorophyll content,membrane permeability,root vigor, proline content and net photosynthetic rate of rice seedlings were studied under NaCl stress condition. The results showed that the chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate,PS Ⅱ photochemical efficiency,root vigor and proline content of rice seedling by CaCl2 soaking were higher than CK(water soaking), but the membrane permeability was lower than CK. The soaking treatment with 0.5% CaCl2 solution could enhance the salt resistance of rice.
