摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法,检测了怀牛膝风筝棵和核桃纹2个品种中K、Ca、Fe元素的含量。结果表明,风筝棵和核桃纹中K、Ca、Fe元素的含量依次为K>Ca>Fe。此外,核桃纹中K、Ca的含量高于风筝棵中的,而风筝棵中的Fe含量明显高于核桃纹中的。进一步研究发现,怀牛膝根、茎、叶中K、Ca、Fe元素的含量不同,尤其在核桃纹品种的不同器官中含量差别较明显,而且2个品种风筝棵和核桃纹的同一部位中的K、Ca、Fe元素的含量也不同。以上结果表明,怀牛膝品种间或同一品种不同部位中K、Ca、Fe元素含量有明显差别。
The element of K, Ca, Fe in two Achyranthes bidentata cultivar-Fengzhengke and Hetaowen were determinated by means of Atomic absorption spectrometry to study the different properties of different Achyranthes bidentata cultivars. The three elements are both K〉Ca〉Fe in the two cultivars, however the content of K, Ca in Hetaowen is higher than that in Fengzhengke, but content of Fe in Fengzhengke is obviously higher than that in Hetaowen. Moreover, the contents of K, Ca and Fe are various in root, stem and leaf of Achyranthes bidentata, especially for hetaowen, the different in various organ is more obvious. In addition, the contents of K, Ca, and Fe element are different in the same part of different eultivars.
