荆江麻鸭THRSPα基因内含子酶切多态性及其与屠体性状的关联研究

摘要 采用PCR-RFLP法检测了96只荆江麻鸭THRSPα基因内含子的多态性,并对基因多态性与屠体性状进行关联分析。结果发现,本试验群体中未检测到AA基因型,仅有CC和CA 2种基因型。其中C等位基因频率为0.979 2,为优势等位基因。χ2检验结果表明,该群体处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。最小二乘分析结果显示,荆江麻鸭THRSPα基因内含子CA型个体活重极显著高于CC型(P<0.01),CC型个体全净膛率、胸肌率和瘦肉率极显著高于CA型(P<0.01),其他性状间差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The polymorphisms of the intron of THRSPa genes of 96 Jingjiang ducks were analyzed by PCR- RFLP method,and the association of the polymorphism with carcass traits was investigated simultaneously. The results showed that only genotypes CC and CA rather than AA were observed. The gene frequency of allele C was 0. 979 2, which was more predominated than allele A. Further more, Х^2 analysis showed that the population was in Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium. The results of least square analysis showed that the body weight of CA ducks were extremely huge than those of CC(P〈0.01), while the rations of net-wide-bore,chest muscle and lean detected in ducks with CC genotype were significantly higher than those of CA genotype(P〈 0.01). No significant difference was detected in other carcass traits(P〉0.05).
