黑皮质素受体4与肥胖研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肥胖已被WHO列为危害人类的十大健康问题之一,其病因和发病机制极其复杂。近年来国内外学者对黑皮素受体4(Melanocortin4 receptor,MC4R)及其基因突变在介导小鼠及人类肥胖症发生中作用的研究表明,MC4R在控制食欲和体重调节中起关键作用,其基因突变可能与肥胖的发生密切相关。本文重点阐述MC4R及其基因突变与肥胖的相关性研究。
