医疗照射水平调查研究是加强医疗照射防护的基础。这既是与国际相关领域发展趋势接轨,更是适应我国放射诊疗事业迅速发展的迫切需要。为此,在获得多个科研基金资助下,总结介绍"上海市‘十一五'期间医疗照射水平调查研究"的方法和主要内容,并扼要报道主要的调查研究结果。这对系统掌握相关发展趋势,加强管理调控以充分利用医疗资源,特别是更好地引导正确合理应用X射线诊断、介入放射学、临床核医学和肿瘤放射治疗等各类放射诊疗,强化不断增多的医疗照射受检者与患者以及广大公众的防护与安全,具有重要作用。

Investigation on the levels of medical exposure is the basis for strengthening medical radiation protection which is increasingly highlighted. It consists of the international trend in related fields, and also adapts to the urgent need for rapid development of diagnostic radiology and radiotherapy. This article briefly introduces the methods and main aspects for studying medical exposure levels during the Eleventh Five-year Plan in Shanghai, and outlines the main findings of studies which were funded by several projects. There is no doubt that the results of the survey will play very important roles for systematic grasp of the development trend, for macro-control and full use of medical resources, for better guiding the rational implementation of diversified diagnostic radiography and radiotherapy, such as X-ray diagnosis, interventional radiology, clinical nuclear medicine and radiation oncology, and strengthening the radiological protection and safety for the growing number of examinees and patients as well as the general public against medical radiation exposures.
