摘要
高纯氧化铁是现代电子工业生产彩色电视机玻壳的重要原料之一。我们根据氧化铁的性质和离子交换法原理,在酸性条件下除去钙、镁、锌、铜,特别是利用氧化还原法除掉含量较高的锰等杂质;继之将氧化铁作为载体,采用离子交换法脱去硫酸根等杂质,研制出高纯氧化铁。
According to the properties of ferric oxide and ion-exchange principle,the impurities such as Ca,Mg,Zn and Cu can be removed in acidic condition,especially,the Mn and other impurities with high content can be removed by oxidation-reduction method.Sequently,the sulfate and other impurities can be removed by ion-exchange method,in which ferric oxide is used as a carrier.Finally,the high purity ferric oxide can be obtained.
