光卤石和钡熔剂X-射线荧光光谱分析方法

FAST ANALYTICAL METHOD OF XRF SPECTROMETER FOR CARNALLITE AND BARIUM FLUX.

介绍用溶液滤纸片（ＳＦＰ）制样，以Ｘ—射线荧光（ＸＲＦ）光谱快速测定光卤石、钡熔剂样品中氯化物组分和结晶水等。采用外部通道输入法，使结晶水和水不溶物参与氯化物测定结果共同作归一化（１００％）计算。根据归一化因子（ＮＦ）接近１．００为依据，从而判断测量结果可信与否。本方法简便、快速。

A Fast analytical method of chloride in carnallite and barium flux by X-Ray fluorescence(XRF)spectrometer with type PW 1404 is discussed.Using external channel data-input method,the content of crystalline water and water insolubles are calculated together with chloride by normalization method.The results show that this method is simple,quick and accurate.
