情景模拟技术在领导干部公选中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 情景模拟技术应用于领导干部公选,可以大大提高领导人才甄选的评价效度和人职匹配度。目前,各省市在公选中应用该技术时,一些关键环节还存在着值得注意的问题,尚需不断改进和完善,只有这样才能使效用得到充分发挥,优秀人才得以被选拔到适合的领导岗位上来。
