Taking the library of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper probes into the development countermeasures of university library,such as highlighting the characteristics of finance and economics,supporting the younger subjects,promoting the teaching and scientific research,developing both physical and virtual library,and taking into account cost-effectiveness,etc.
