SWOT Analysis on Local Sci-tech Information Institutes and the Development Strategies

对地市科技情报机构的发展运用SWOT分析的方法,即优势(S)、弱势(W)、机会(O)、威胁(T)4个方面进行了分析,提出了地市情报机构的4种发展战略,即SO、ST、WO、WT战略。

This paper analyzes the development of local sci-tech information institutes by using the method of S （superiority）W （weakness）O （opportunity）T （threat） analysis, and puts forward four development strategies for local scitech information institute, that are SO, ST, WO and WT.
