摘要
从城市中观层次出发,探讨了城市土地储备经营制度建立的方法和模式,分析了城市土地储备经营制度对房地产供给总量、房地产供给结构和房地产价格的调控作用。
Starting from the urban meso-level,this paper probes into the methods for and models of establishing the urban land reserve management system,analyzes the regulating and controlling functions of urban land reserve management system on the total supply,supply structure and price of real estate.
