This paper analyzes the problems existing in students employment of agricultural higher vocational college,introduces the connotations of comprehensive literacy of students in agricultural higher vocational college,and points out that only strengthening the cultivation of students comprehensive literacy through multi-channels can higher vocational college improve the competitive ability of the graduates.
