摘要
阐述了企业员工绩效考评的内涵,分析了现代企业员工绩效考评中存在的问题,提出了企业员工绩效考评改进的对策。
This paper expounds the connotations of employee performance appraisal,analyzes some problems existing in employee performance appraisal of modern enterprise,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving employee performance appraisal of enterprise.
