井下局部通风机供电方案改造探讨

Probe into the transformation of Power Supply Plan with Underground Local Fan

为了保证煤矿井下掘进工作面局部通风机供电安全可靠,局部通风机的供电除原有的风专线路外,另增加动力专供线路,保证不出现无计划停风,同时,采用先进的变频调速装置,根据现场瓦斯浓度大小自动调节风量来消除各种安全隐患,改善作业环境,并有效地节约电能。

In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of the power supply of the underground local fan on the drivage face,aside from the original special ventilating circuit,the special power circuit is added to the local fan for avoiding the planless ventilation stopping. At the same time,the advanced frequency control device is adopted,by which the air flow can automatically adjusted based on the field gas density to eliminate hidden dangers,improve operation environment and save energy effectively.
