在分析王庄煤矿建设安全和质量标准化精品煤矿需要解决的问题的基础上,提出了从制度上保证战略目标实现的整体思路和通过改革创新机制、优化用人制度盘活人力资源效能的保障措施。

Based on the problems that need to be resolved in the construction of fine-quality mine in safety and quality standardization in Wangzhaung Coalmine,this paper puts forward the overall thinking of guaranteeing the realization of the strategical target based on the system and some supporting measures for vitalizing the efficiency of human resource through reforming the innovation mechanism and optimizing the employing system.
