摘要
分析了目前公益类科研事业单位科技经费的使用现状,对此类单位的科研经费使用管理提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the present utilization of scientific research funds in public welfare scientific institutions,and puts forward some suggestions on the utilization and management of scientific research funds in public welfare scientific institutions.
