回顾和分析了前人对员工与组织之间的关系和员工绩效之间关系的研究,研究了员工和组织关系通过员工对工作的嵌入程度来影响员工绩效的问题。
This paper reviews and analyzes the researches on the relationship between employee-organization relationship and employee performance,and researches the problem of that the employee-organization relationship influences the employee performance through the degree of employer s job embeddedness.
