摘要
EXCEL电子表格的数据处理功能是非常强大的,给我们的日常工作带来了方便,但在实现数据取数汇总方面EXCEL就显得力不从心了。如我们要对下属单位上报的数据进行汇总的话,如此多单位的数据用常规的复制粘贴法费时费力,而且容易出错,在实践中,我们运用EXCEL的VBA功能实现了数据的自动取数和汇总,提高了工作效率和工作质量。
Microsoft Excel performs a powerful data processing and thus brings convenience to our office work. However, it lacks the ability to filter and collect the statistics. It is laborious and prone to errors when we collect the data from the subordinates with the conventional functions like "copy" and "paste" in Excel. This research found that the application of VBA Function in Excel could achieve the automatic statistical filtering and collecting which improves the efficiency and effectiveness of office work in practice
