摘要
近三四十年来,受服务行政理念、商业管理观念以及经济全球化特别是欧洲一体化进程加速和人权思想发展等因素的影响,法国行政法发展迅速,其法律渊源业已发生了很大的变化,具体表现为合宪性规范体系得以扩张,宪法性规范在行政法领域的效力愈加彰显,欧共体法可予直接适用,成文法比重不断加大,判例法的地位明显不如从前。
The administration law of France has developed rapidly in the past 40 years under the influence of service administration concept, the concept of business administration and economic globalization, especially the rapid development of European Union＇s integration and thought of human rights. The source of-the administration law of France has undertaken a great change with the manifestation of increasing effect of constitution, direct application of Laws of European Union, increasing proportion of Statute Law and decreasing position of Case Law.
