长株潭“两型社会”建设试验区旅游发展基础研究

On Tourism Developmental Foundations in Changsha-Zhuzhou Xiangtan Two-oriented Society Construction Trial Zone

旅游业是资源节约、环境友好的"两型"产业,长株潭"两型社会"建设综合改革试验区,以旅游为先行,对"两型社会"建设具有典型性和示范、带动作用。长株潭试验区旅游资源种类齐、品味高、组合优,是湖南旅游经济发展的核心地区、带动湖南旅游经济快速发展的核心增长轴、中南地区最有影响力的城市型旅游目的地;但目前存在旅游发展未能形成合力、城镇建设旅游功能不配套、旅游业发展格局不平衡、旅游市场欠规范等问题。与中部六省城市群相比较,长株潭试验区城镇居民消费能力强,市场消费空间大,旅游发展规模和水平均处于领先地位,但因GDP总量大,对国民经济的贡献率不高。因此,长株潭试验区大力发展旅游业是完全必要和可能的。

Tourism is resource -conserving and environment -friendly industry. For Changsha -Zhuzhou - Xiangtan Two- oriented Society Construction comprehensive reform trial zone, priority should be given to tourism, which plays an importantly exemplary and leading role in the Two -oriented Society Construction. This zone, with a great variety, high level and optimum assembly tourism resources, is the kernel district and the axial growth for driving a rapid tourism economic development in Hunan Province, the most influential city tourist destination even in Central South China. But nowadays there are some problems, i. e. tourism development does not form joint force, ？ the tourism function does not form a complete set in town construction, the tourism development layout loses its balance, and tourism market is not standard. In comparison with other city groups of the six provinces in Central China, the urban dwellers in Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan Trial Zone has strong consuming ability, and there is a big consumption space, and tourism development dimensions and levels take the leading position. However, as to the total volume of GDP, there is comparatively less contribution rate for the national economy. Therefore, it is completely necessary and possible to develop tourism industry in Changsha - Zhuzhou -Xiangtan Trial Zone.
