摘要
利用正交试验对四乙烯五胺(TEPA)/甲醛合成沥青抗剥离剂进行了研究,优化了主要工艺条件;对合成反应中碱度的变化进行了探讨;通过红外谱图结构分析,表明产物中存在有—C=N—R基团。
In this paper,synthesis of asphalt anti stripping agents from tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA) and formaldehyde has been studied by orthogonal experiments.Main technical parameters have been optimized.The variation of basic capacity of products in reaction has been also investigated.IR spectra showed that there are —C=N—R groups in products.
