新型化学萃取剂芳香族双叔胺类化合物——4,4’-亚甲基-双(2-乙基-N,N-二丁基苯胺)的合成

A new chemical extractant of aromatic di tertiatry amine: Synthesis of 4,4' methylenebis(2 ethyl N,N dibutyl aniline)

以氯霉素生产中的副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料，经铁酸还原和相转移催化Ｎ－烷基化反应合成了Ｎ，Ｎ－二丁基邻乙基苯胺（ＤＢＥＡ）。在酸性条件下将ＤＢＥＡ与甲醛缩合制得标题物（ＭＢＥＤＢＡ）。经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱的谱图解析对其结构进行了确认。

N,N dibutyl o ethyl aniline (DBEA) was synthesized with o nitro ethyl benzene by reduction and alkylation.On the basis of experiments,4,4 ' methylenebis (2 ethyl N,N dibutyl aniline) was obtained by condensation of DBEA with formaldehyde in the presence of acid.Its structure was confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.
